In 2009 I starting hydro-distilling fresh Omani frankincense (sacra) in Salalah, moving to Muscat in 2017. Our company, Enfleurage Middle East, was formed in 2011. All of our frankincense is from Dhofar, the southern Governorate that is the home of Boswellia sacra.

We sell products made from Frankincense. We do not export frankincense resin.

 We are part of Enfleurage, Inc, the American essential oil and natural aromatic boutique, located in Manhattan’s West Village, since 1997.

Enfleurage works with 10 copper alembics which run in a closed system of our own design—our cooling water is continuously recycled.  

We make essential oil, hydrosol, concentrate and more. Frankincense is a complex and generous botanical; there is much more to her than essential oil and resin.

We also make a codistillation of frankincense and myrrh (Boswellia sacra & Commiphora myrrha)
